إِن نَّشَأْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ آيَةً فَظَلَّتْ أَعْنَاقُهُمْ لَهَا خَاضِعِينَ

And (does) not come to them any reminder from the Most Gracious new, but they from it turn away.

Translations:

[But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it:

But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (God) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom.

Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it.

And there comes not to them a new Reminder from the Beneficent but they turn away from it.

And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it.
