يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ
Transliteration:
Yawma la yanfaAAu malun wala banoona

(The) Day not will benefit wealth and not sons,

the Day on which neither wealth will be of any use, nor children,
