فَقَرَأَهُ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ مُؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration:
Faqaraahu AAalayhim ma kanoo bihi mu/mineena

And he (had) recited it to them, not they would in it (be) believers.
