We grant them enjoyment (for) a little, then We to a punishment severe.
We will let them enjoy themselves for a short while - but in the end We shall drive them into suffering severe.
We grant them their pleasure for a little while: in the end shall We drive them to a chastisement unrelenting.
We give them comfort for a little, and then We drive them to a heavy doom.
We give them to enjoy a little, then We shall drive them to a severe chastisement.
We grant them enjoyment for a little; then We will force them to a massive punishment.
Wala-in saaltahum man khalaqa alssamawati waal-arda layaqoolunna Allahu quli alhamdu lillahi bal aktharuhum la yaAAlamoona
And if you ask them, "Who created the heavens and the earth?" They will surely say, "Allah." Say, "All praises (are) for Allah." But most of them (do) not know.
AND THUS it is [with most people]: if thou ask them, Who is it that has created the heavens and the earth?" - they will surely answer, God." Say: [Then you ought to know that] all praise is due to God!"- for most of them do not know [what this implies].
If thou ask them, who it is that created the heavens and the earth. They will certainly say, "God". Say: "Praise be to God!" But most of them understand not.
If thou shouldst ask them: Who created the heavens and the earth? they would answer: Allah. Say: Praise be to Allah! But most of them know not.
And if thou ask them who created the heavens and the earth? they will say: Allah. Say: Praise be to Allah! Nay, most of them know not.
And if you asked them, "Who created the heavens and earth?" they would surely say, " Allah ." Say, "[All] praise is [due] to Allah "; but most of them do not know.

And if whatever (is) in the earth of (the) trees (were) pens and the sea, (to) add to it after it seven seas, not would be exhausted (the) Words (of) Allah. Indeed, Allah (is) All-Mighty, All-Wise.
And if all the trees on earth were pens, and the sea [were] ink, with seven [morel seas yet added to it, the words of God would not be exhausted: for, verily, God is almighty, wise.
And if all the trees on earth were pens and the ocean (were ink), with seven oceans behind it to add to its (supply), yet would not the words of God be exhausted (in the writing): for God is Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.

مَّا خَلْقُكُمْ وَلَا بَعْثُكُمْ إِلَّا كَنَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ

Not (is) your creation and not your resurrection but as a soul single. Indeed, Allah (is) All-Hearer, All-Seer.
[For Him,] the creation of you all and the resurrection of you all is but like [the creation and resurrection of] a single soul: for, verily, God is all-hearing, all-seeing.
And your creation or your resurrection is in no wise but as an individual soul: for God is He Who hears and sees (all things).
Your creation and your raising (from the dead) are only as (the creation and the raising of) a single soul. Lo! Allah is Hearer, Knower.
Your creation or your raising is only like a single soul. Surely Allah is Hearing, Seeing.
Your creation and your resurrection will not be but as that of a single soul. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.

Do not you see that Allah causes to enter the night into the day, and causes to enter the day into the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each moving for a term appointed, and that Allah of what you do (is) All-Aware.
Art thou not aware that it is God who makes the night grow longer by shortening the day, and makes the day grow longer by shortening the night, and that He has made the sun and the moon subservient [to His laws], each running its course for a term set [by Him] and that God is fully aware of all that you do?
Seest thou not that God merges Night into Day and he merges Day into Night; that He has subjected the sun, and the moon (to his Law), each running its course for a term appointed; and that God is well-acquainted with all that ye do?
Hast thou not seen how Allah causeth the night to pass into the day and causeth the day to pass into the night, and hath subdued the sun and the moon (to do their work), each running unto an appointed term; and that Allah is Informed of what ye do?
Seest thou not that Allah makes the night to enter into the day, and He makes the day to enter into the night, and He has made the sun and the moon subservient (to you) -- each pursues its course till an appointed time -- and that Allah is Aware of what you do?
Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah , with whatever you do, is Acquainted?
