أَمْ خَلَقُوا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ
Transliteration:
Am khalaqoo alssamawati waal-arda bal la yooqinoona

Or (did) they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, not they are certain.
