ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوْا عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا مُعَلَّمٌ مَّجْنُونٌ
Transliteration:
Thumma tawallaw AAanhu waqaloo muAAallamun majnoonun

Then they turned away from and said, "One taught, a mad man."
Translations:
whereupon they turned their backs on him and said, Taught [by others] is he, a madman"?
Yet they turn away from him and say: "Tutored (by others), a man possessed!"
