إِذِ انبَعَثَ أَشْقَاهَا
Transliteration:
Ithi inbaAAatha ashqaha

Translations:
when that most hapless wretch from among them rushed forward [to commit his evil deed],
Behold, the most wicked man among them was deputed (for impiety).
