كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ رَهِينَةٌ
Transliteration:
Kullu nafsin bima kasabat raheenatun

Every soul, for what it has earned, (is) pledged,
Translations:
[On the Day of Judgment,] every human being will be held in pledge for whatever [evil] he has wrought
Every soul will be (held) in pledge for its deeds.
