قَالَ الْمَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَاحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
Transliteration:
Qala almalao min qawmi firAAawna inna hatha lasahirun AAaleemun
Word by Word:
Said the chiefs of (the) people (of) Firaun, "Indeed, this (is) surely a magician - learned.
Translations:
The great ones among Pharaoh's people said: "Verily, this is indeed a sorcerer of great knowledge,
Said the Chiefs of the people of Pharaoh: "This is indeed a sorcerer well- versed.
The chiefs of Pharaoh's people said: Lo! this is some knowing wizard,
The chiefs of Pharaoh's people said: Surely this is a skilful enchanter!
Said the eminent among the people of Pharaoh, "Indeed, this is a learned magician
