إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
Transliteration:
Innahu kana la yu/minu biAllahi alAAatheemi

Indeed, he was not believing in Allah the Most Great,

for, behold, he did not believe in God, the Tremendous,
