وَتَضْحَكُونَ وَلَا تَبْكُونَ
Transliteration:
Watadhakoona wala tabkoona

And you laugh and (do) not weep,

And do you laugh instead of weeping,
And will ye laugh and not weep,-

This is a warner of the warners of old.
