48:17

Word by Word:

Not is upon the blind any blame and not on the lame any blame and not on the sick any blame. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, He will admit him (to) Gardens flow from underneath them the rivers, but whoever turns away, He will punish him (with) a punishment painful.

Translations:

No blame attaches to the blind, nor does blame attach to the lame, nor does blame attach to the sick [for staying away from a war in God's cause]; but whoever heeds [the call of] God and His Apostle [in deed or in heart], him will He admit into gardens through which running waters flow; whereas him who turns away will He chastise with grievous chastisement.

No blame is there on the blind, nor is there blame on the lame, nor on one ill (if he joins not the war): But he that obeys God and his Apostle,- (God) will admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow; and he who turns back, (God) will punis h him with a grievous Penalty.

There is no blame for the blind, nor is there blame for the lame, nor is there blame for the sick (that they go not forth to war). And whoso obeyeth Allah and His messenger, He will make him enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow; and whoso turneth back, him will He punish with a painful doom.

There is no blame on the blind, no is there blame on the lame, nor is there blame on the sick. And whoever obeys Allah and his Messenger, He will cause him to enter Gardens wherein flow rivers. And whoever turns back. He will chastise him with a painful chastisement.

There is not upon the blind any guilt or upon the lame any guilt or upon the ill any guilt [for remaining behind]. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger - He will admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow; but whoever turns away - He will punish him with a painful punishment.
