تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ
Transliteration:
Tanzeelu alkitabi mina Allahi alAAazeezi alAAaleemi

(The) revelation (of) the Book (is) from Allah the All-Mighty, the All-Knower.
