27:77
وَإِنَّهُ لَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration:
Wa-innahu lahudan warahmatun lilmu/mineena

And indeed, it (is) surely a guidance and a mercy for the believers.
