لَّهُمْ عَذَابٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَشَقُّ وَمَا لَهُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ مِن وَاقٍ
Lahum AAathabun fee alhayati alddunya walaAAathabu al-akhirati ashaqqu wama lahum mina Allahi min waqin
For them (is) a punishment in the life (of) the world and surely the punishment (of) the Hereafter (is) harder. And not for them against Allah any defender.
For such, there is suffering in the life of this world; but, truly, [their] suffering in the life to come will be harder still, and they will have none to shield them from God.
For them is a penalty in the life of this world, but harder, truly, is the penalty of the Hereafter: and defender have they none against God.
For them is torment in the life of the world, and verily the doom of the Hereafter is more painful, and they have no defender from Allah.
For them is chastisement in this world's life, and the chastisement of the Hereafter is certainly more grievous. And they have no protector against Allah.
For them will be punishment in the life of [this] world, and the punishment of the Hereafter is more severe. And they will not have from Allah any protector.
